IF I’VE BEEN ACCEPTED BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE SUMMIT, DO YOU OFFER A REFUND?
Yes, we will gladly refund your money prior to the departure for the HPP Summit. Refund requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the Summit to ensure it can be processed before reservations are finalized. Those that have to cancel at the last minute will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
